Spiritual and Relational Transformation for Leaders Shaping Collective Change.

Transforming systems and communities starts with

transforming yourself as a leader.

So...what does that look like?

The kind of self-transformation that ripples outward to the communities you serve starts with deep inner work. This work allows you to move from defense and exhaustion to a place of grounded, energized power. Together, we use breathwork, body awareness, and spiritual exploration so you can bring truth and reconciliation into your spheres of influence.

If you are a leader, educator, spiritual teacher, or change maker who is ready to do the deep inner work that transformation requires, this space is for you.

Ky’s Journey and

Approach

For nearly three decades, Ky has guided leaders, educators, and spiritual practitioners through deep processes of personal and collective transformation. His path weaves together spiritual healing, relational integration, and equity education to support sustainable leadership rooted in clarity and courage.

  • "I have known Ky for more than 25 years, beginning with our years together as teachers at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, where we also had the privilege of teaching together.  Over all these years, what has remained constant is the profound humanity he brings to his work and relationships, and his genuine devotion to healing, transformation, and the unfolding of human potential. He is  an exceptionally skilled practitioner, drawing upon decades of experience and a finely developed capacity to perceive what is happening beneath the obvious and respond with precision, care, and insight. Ky brings a beautiful combination of warmth, wisdom, sensitivity, and integrity to his work. He has the unique ability to meet people deeply—to listen beneath the surface and to usher forth the kind of presence in which something new can emerge. His work is not simply something he does; it reflects who he is and the life he has devoted himself to. I trust and respect him deeply as both a colleague and a friend."

    -Sherry Pae
    Co-Director of the Evolutionary Collective

  • "I remain so grateful for the work you offered in our Pathwork community facilitating better communication, and helping create a protocol for conflict resolution--Pathwork-style. You are a very empathic and talented teacher and facilitator! "

    -Susan Thesenga
Co-founder of the Mid-Atlantic Pathwork and author of Love Unbroken: from Addiction to Redemption and The Undefended Self: Living the Pathwork

  • "It was a real pleasure to be with you on the ‘Healing the Racial Divide’ seminar. So great to hear your voice and feel your way of being again. Also, in the later gender diversity program, your piece about your experience growing up as a gay man was so beautifully shared. You felt so deeply authentic, open, and vulnerable and yet radiated a gracious strength. Its as a gift to receive.”

    -P.B.
    Former BBSH faculty

  • I want to let you know how much I still treasure our sessions and look back on them with such gratitude. You truly supported me in learning to LOVE myself. I want you to know for at least the last year or more in a place of just complete self acceptance and just rolling with the universe. Than you for who you are and how you supported me.”

    -M.J.O

The purpose of healing is not to fix what is broken, but to remember

who you truly are.

Land Acknowledgement

The Bershires of Western Massachusetts lie on the traditional ancestral homelands of the Muhseroneek/Muhheaconneok (Mohican) Nation, the “People of the Waters That Are Never Still.” Forced from their lands by European colonizers, today their sovereign community is known as the Stockbridge-Munsee Community Band of Mohican Indians, based in Wisconsin.

It is with gratitude, humility and commitment to reparations that we engage in racial equity work. In making this land acknowledgement, we are very aware that it is not enough for all that has been taken from the Stockbridge-Munsee Community. We are committed to the re-education of ourselves and to being engaged in activism work that is positively felt by those who are marginalized by systemic racism in the United States.
